We just want to thank you for the work Black Dragon Technologies Inc. did in upgrading our complete building and parking structure lighting to energy-saving led lighting. The led lighting provided by BDT Energy Group Inc. was of high quality and at a good value. The upgrade performed by both your companies was completed on a timely basis and on budget, as specified in the contract. Your efforts also gained us a rebate of approx. $28,000 which I received from the energy company.

I personally would like to commend your technicians who were exceptionally good and very professional during the upgrade process. We did not receive any complaints from the tenants during this change over of having work disrupted nor were the offices left with a mess after the technicians were done with the lighting retrofits. Our tenants are very happy with the led lights, and we are looking forward to long-term savings brought about by the installation of eco-friendly and long-lasting led lights.

Normally, we don't get involved with the recommending of contractors but because of the results and the professional way that your company works, I would be happy to refer you to other companies and you can use my company and myself as a reference.

To whom it may concern,

I work for a Public Utility District as the Material Manager.  I recently had the pleasant experience of working with Ms. Bernadette Merrill of BDT Energy Group and Black Dragon.  In this position we order everything from everyday operating supplies to distribution and transmission equipment.  Sometimes it is the small things that stop you from moving forward just as surely as a 230kV substation transformer. 

From another company I had ordered some very inexpensive hand hole covers for some of our 1940’s era lighting poles.  This circuit couldn’t ever be energized without these covers.  Just finding these was not easy.   I placed the order on line and received my confirmation that very day. After waiting for the covers two weeks, I began to call the number listed.  I only got a recording, so I left a message asking for the status. No answer, two more calls with the same result, so I then tried e-mail no return messages, so I decided for the small amount these cost to just reorder and file a claim.

I finally I found BDT Energy Group, Inc. that handled this type of cover. I called and immediately got Bernadette she was extremely pleasant and professional, and assured me my experience with BDT would be positive. I placed an order with her for the covers to complete this project.  During our conversation I mentioned how critical my need was, and how much trouble I’d had trying to get information much less the covers from the other company.   Bernadette stated that she knew of the company and sometimes even worked with them. 

Later that day I got a message and email from Bernadette stating she had contacted the company I had originally been working with.  She managed to get an answer for me.  The covers had been on backorder and would arrive to us by weekend.  Had this other vendor shown the professionalism that Bernadette did and called me this wouldn’t have become an issue.  She went on to state that she hadn’t ordered or billed our credit card because she was worried I would not have a need or both orders.

In a world that service is just a fond memory-- Bernadette is a true professional.

Bernadette had assisted me with some document preparation and it was one of the most pleasant and professional experiences I've ever had.  She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her work and she made the whole process extremely easy and simple to understand.  She was always available to answer any questions I had for her and I just can't speak enough about how wonderful of a person she truly is.  I would recommend Bernadette to anybody.  Thank you for all the help!
